Alma is a five-piece band which formed in Perth September 2020. The members all met at WAAPA where they currently study music. The band is fronted by lead singer Anna Coltman, backed by lead and rhythm guitarists Silvia Salazar Molano and Sam Reeves, bass player Cameron McLaughlin and drummer Zac Wise.
Alma predominantly play Soul, Funk and Neo-Soul tunes both new and old, from artists and great inspirations insluding Bill Withers, Curtis Mayfield, Erykah Badu, Tom Misch and Vulfpeck.
The vibes are always chill and plentiful with Alma, and the focus is to groove hard and have fun doing it, bringing the listener along for the ride!
